At URBN Supply, we process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text.
Shipping Rates & Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your address and size selections before finalizing your purchase.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that edits or cancellations can be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages
URBN Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier delivery confirmation.
If this happens, please contact your local carrier to file a claim. We’ll do our best to assist, but once marked “delivered,” ownership transfers to the buyer.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the limited and high-demand nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges if:

The item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, and

You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
To start a claim, email urbansupply88@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues or “changed mind” reasons.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless an error was made on our end.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us before filing any chargeback.
Unauthorized disputes result in a $15 chargeback fee, plus permanent restriction from future orders.
